Registration fee includes:
- 1 day upskilling and educational activities/resources
- Travel grant*
- Lunch and refreshments at forum
- Pending accreditation for RACGP and ACRRM CPD points
*Travel grant is only applicable to general practitioners, emergency doctors and paediatricians living and working in rural Western Australia
Applicants who give notice of cancellation four (4) weeks or more will receive a full refund of the forum fee. Applicants who withdraw from the forum between four (4) weeks and 14 days prior to the forum will receive a 50% refund. Applicants who fail to attend the forum or who withdraw from the forum less than 14 days before the forum date will not receive a refund.
