Who should attend?
Multidisciplinary health professionals with clinical roles or stakeholders with a strong interest in eye health are invited to attend the Forum, including;
- Aboriginal health workers and practitioners
- Administrators and coordinators
- Chronic disease coordinators
- GPs and nurses
- Optometrists
- Ophthalmologists
- Researchers

Registration fee includes complimentary registration to the Networking Sundowner 5.00pm - 6.00pm, Tuesday 18 June 2024.
Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be provided.
Continuing Professional Development Hours
This Forum is pending accreditation with RANZCO, ACRRM and RACGP. All Forum attendees will receive a statement of attendance outlining the educational hours to assist with self-claiming with providers not listed above.
Rural Health West will upload Forum delegate attendee lists to RANZCO, ACRRM and RACGP and the hours will be added to your dashboard.
If forum registration is cancelled on or before Monday 20 May 2024, a full refund is given. If forum registration is cancelled between Tuesday 21 May 2024 and Monday 3 June 2024 a refund of 50 per cent is given. Refunds will not be issued for any registrations cancelled on or after Tuesday 4 June 2024.
