Cancellation FAQs

Please note, we anticipate a large number of enquiries in regard to the cancellation of the Rural and Remote Retrieval Weekend 2020. For enquiries please email rrr@rhw.com.au. We apologise for any inconvenience and will get back to all your enquiries as soon as possible. 

Will I receive a refund?
Please be assured that all delegates will receive a full refund of their registration fee, including accommodation  and the Family Program. Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed. If you have not received a refund by 24 April 2020, please contact the Rural Health West events team.

Will the event be rescheduled?
No. Rural Health West will now focus on developing solid educational programs for future events. We look forward to your support in upcoming events. 

Do I still get CPD points?
As the Conference is cancelled you will not be eligible for CPD points.  

Am I still eligible for the Rural Procedural Grants Program?
As the Conference is cancelled you will not be eligible for the grant.

What about the Family Program?
If your family members were registered for the Family Program activities, you will receive a full refund. We hope to incorporate many of these activities into the 2021 programs.  If you have any outstanding questions please contact Jen Maughan, Coordinator - Family Program. 

I booked flights to Karijini, will I get a refund for these?
For flights you booked personally, please refer to your airline’s cancellation and refund policy. Rural Health West will not reimburse costs associated with flights.
