Cancellation policy
If conference registration is cancelled on or before 9 April 2021, a refund of 50 per cent is given. If conference registration is cancelled between 10 April 2021 and 14 May 2021, a refund of 25 per cent is given. Refunds will not be issued for any registrations cancelled on or after 15 May 2021. Delegates will receive a full refund should this conference be cancelled or postponed.
