The following travel support for currently practising Obstetric & Gynaecology Specialists and GP Obstetricians who work and live in rural and remote Western Australia will be provided:

Flights must be booked through Corporate Traveller. Fees for changes to tickets are not reimbursable by Rural Health West. Should you wish to travel to or from Perth outside of the specified forum dates, your fare can still be covered on condition no additional expense to the organisation is incurred.

If you will be driving to Perth for the forum, you are eligible for a reimbursement for your fuel expenses to and from Perth to your home town.
A Reimbursement Form will need to be completed and posted to the Events Team at Rural Health West by Friday 16 July 2021. Please ensure that original tax invoices are provided when submitting your claim. EFTPOS receipts will not be accepted.
Parking*
Self-parking for DoubleTree by Hilton Perth Waterfront is available at the CPP car park located at 165 Terrace Road, Perth and is $24 per 24 hours with multiple entries and exits. Guests can collect an entry parking ticket at the car park gate. Reception will then be able to validate the ticket which is payable at the CPP car park.

The DoubleTree by Hilton Perth Waterfront is a 7 minute walk from Elizabeth Quay Train Station
