Rural Health West will provide the following travel support for currently practising health professionals and ear health coordinators who work and live in rural and remote WA.

• Fuel reimbursement; or
• Allocated air travel amount based on region

Please note

Full attendance at the forum is a condition of payment of flights and travel reimbursement by Rural Health West. If you are not in attendance for the full forum program, you will be charged for the cost of your travel. Tickets booked prior to full registration payment being received by Rural Health West will not be authorised.

To be eligible for flight travel support, health professionals and ear health coordinators must book all flights through Corporate Traveller. Should the cost of the airfare exceed the flat rate travel allowance for your region (as per table above), Corporate Traveller will request payment from you for the difference at the time of booking.

Fees for changes to tickets are not reimbursable by Rural Health West. Should you wish to travel to or from Perth outside of the specified forum dates, your fare can still be covered on condition no additional expense to the organisation is incurred.
