Frequently Asked Questions

Who can attend?

Everyone is welcome to attend the conference.

Registrations are only available for specific, named individuals who will be attending the conference.

It is not possible to purchase generic places where the attending delegate is not yet known.

This is because in order to register someone, we require individual information such as their program preferences, dietary needs, access requirements and contact details. Therefore, please determine who will be attending before attempting your booking.

Can I share my registration?

No - Each person must register separately and places may not be "split" between people.

Those not wishing to attend the whole event may purchase a single day registration or tickets to social events, but cannot use part of another delegate's ticket.

How to do I register?

Registration is online through the conference website.

People who have difficulties with electronic forms should contact our organisers Rural Health West on 08 6389 4500, for individual assistance.

What are the payment options?

Payments must be made online via the electronic registration system.

Places cannot be held without payment.

This electronic payment system is used because it keeps administrative costs down and therefore minimises registration fees.  Those unable to pay online may request an invoice, for an administrative fee of $20 per invoice.

Is there travel support for this conference?

Travel and transport arrangements and any associated costs are the responsibility of the individual delegate, except where otherwise specifically agreed by WA Country Health Service (WACHS).

Delegates from outside Perth need to organise their own travel to and from Perth and early bookings are advised.

Airport transfers are not provided by the conference and delegates must make their own arrangements, unless otherwise separately agreed with WACHS.

Some accommodation providers may offer airport transfers, so please enquire if required.
