Cancellation policy

If the Summit is cancelled or postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, delegates can request a full refund.

If Summit registration is cancelled by the delegate on or before 8 March 2021, a full refund is given. If Summit registration is cancelled between 8 February 2021 and 17 March 2021, a refund of 50 per cent is given. Refunds will not be issued for any registrations cancelled on or after 18 March 2021.
