Begin your morning with a moment of stillness and connection. Enjoy a guided meditation by the sea, followed by an optional cold plunge into the ocean to energise your body and mind for the day ahead. 

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring swimwear and a towel.  Open to all experience levels.
