Upgrades can be made from a day registration to a full conference registration. Delegates will need to pay the price difference between the two registration types.
To do so, simply email the Events Team at warhc@ruralhealthwest.com.au before registrations close on Wednesday 26 February 2025 at midnight.
Please be aware that early bird rates will no longer apply if the upgrade request is made after the early bird cut-off date.
Cancellations can be made according to our Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation Policy
Full Refund | Cancellations made on or before Sunday 26 January 2025 are eligible for a full refund. |
Partial Refund | Cancellations between Monday 27 January and Sunday 16 February 2025 will receive a 50 per cent (50%) refund. |
No Refund | Cancellations made on or after Monday 17 February 2025 are non-refundable. |
In the event the conference is cancelled or postponed, all delegates will receive a full refund.

Partners are welcome to attend the conference by purchasing an 'Other' registration. This will ensure they are warmly welcomed and included in catering breaks and seating arrangements.
Additionally, partners are welcome to purchase a ticket to the WA Rural Health Excellence Awards Ceremony and Gala Dinner.

Health professionals from outside of Western Australia are welcome at the conference. However, the program is specifically tailored to address healthcare interests and issues relevant to rural and remote communities within Western Australia.
Please note: Travel support is not available to delegates travelling from outside of Western Australia.
Attendees staying at the conference venue, Pan Pacific Perth, will receive an exclusive discounted rate of $255 per night (room only). This rate is available only until Monday 20 January 2025, so we encourage booking your accommodation before then to secure the best price.

The hotel provides accessible rooms, wheelchair-accessible lifts, ramps, and toilets. You will receive further details in your pre-arrival letter in the weeks leading up to the conference.
