Kickstart your Saturday with a refreshing yoga session designed to energise and prepare you for an inspiring day ahead! Join us at 6:30am for an all-levels yoga class, where you'll enjoy a peaceful practice led by an experienced instructor.

Time: 6:30am - 7:15am
Cost: $15 (all equipment provided - feel free to bring your own mat if able)
What to Bring: Wear comfortable, stretchy layers, stay hydrated and most importantly come ready to relax and enjoy!
