Funding Support

Rural Health West is committed to supporting rural health professionals in attending the Aboriginal Health Conference 2025. 

We offer funding support through different programs to make participation more accessible, fostering opportunities for connection, learning, and sharing insights that strengthen rural healthcare in Western Australia.

Travel support

Rural Health West will provide the travel support for eligible delegates with full attendance to the conference. For more information please visit our Travel page.

Health Workforce Scholarship Program

Scholarships or bursaries are available for medical, nursing/midwifery, dental, allied health and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health workers providing primary health care services in rural and remote Western Australia in private practice, an Aboriginal Medical Service (AMS), Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Orgnisation (ACCHO) or non-government or not-for-profit organisation.

You are not eligible if you are employed solely by the State Government.
