A charge equal to the full length of stay will be charged to the applicable credit card for any rooms cancelled less than 30 days prior to the arrival date or any non-arrival of booked rooms.
Accommodation Reimbursement
An accommodation reimbursement is available for eligible health professionals who work and live in rural and remote Western Australia who choose to stay at the conference venue.
Eligible delegates staying at a Crown Perth hotel on Friday 13 March 2026 and/or Saturday 14 March 2026 can receive a reimbursement of $100 per night, up to a maximum of $200 per delegate (per room).
Book your own accommodation and receive a reimbursement from Rural Health West upon receipt of proof of purchase and a completed reimbursement claim form. Please ensure this is emailed to the Events Team by Friday 27 March 2026.
