Travel Support
Rural Health West will provide travel support for eligible delegates with full attendance to the conference. For more information please visit our Travel page.
Accommodation Support
An accommodation reimbursement is available for eligible health professionals who work and live in rural and remote Western Australia who choose to stay at the conference venue. For more information and eligibility lease visit our Accommodation page.
Cancellation Policy
| Full Refund | Cancellations made on or before Sunday 18 January 2026 are eligible for a full refund. |
| Partial Refund | Cancellations between Monday 19 January and Sunday 8 February 2026 will receive a 50 per cent (50%) refund. |
| No Refund | Cancellations made on or after Monday 9 February 2026 are non-refundable. |
| Registration transfer | Conference registration may be transferred to another person; however an administrative fee of $50 will apply for each transfer. No registration transfer requests will be accepted after Friday 20 February 2026. |
In the event the conference is cancelled or postponed, all delegates will receive a full refund.
